Ervin Daniel (Dan) DeLoach, M.D., was appointed to the Memorial Health Board of Directors in 2016. He is a surgeon at Savannah Plastic Surgery as well as clinical professor of surgery (plastic) at Mercer University School of Medicine and the Medical College of Georgia.
DeLoach attended Valdosta State College and the Medical College
of Georgia. He did his general surgery residency training at Memorial
University Medical Center and served as chief resident. He then received
additional residency training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at
the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. He has been practicing in
Savannah since he completed his training.
DeLoach is a recognized leader and innovator in the community. He served two terms as chief of staff at Memorial University Medical Center, was past president of the Medical Association of Georgia, is a member of the Chatham County Hospital Authority, and serves on the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners. He and his wife, Cam, have three grown children.
