Exhibitor rate is $800 and includes an exhibitor’s table; table linens, if needed, are an additional $25. The rate covers up to two representatives from your company.

The nonprofit exhibitor rate is $400 for a table. Table linens, if needed, are an additional $25. The rate covers up to two representatives from your company. Proof of nonprofit status must be provided.

Please Note:

* Space is reserved only upon receipt of registration form and payment.

* Exhibition registration must be postmarked by February 18, 2018.

* Online registrations will be accepted until February 28, 2018.

* Please read the exhibition contract and sign.

* All cancellations must be made in writing through the Perinatal Outreach Department at Memorial University Medical Center. Cancellations postmarked on or before February 20, 2018 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 20, 2018 or for "no-shows."

* Please print out a copy of your completed registration form for your records.
