Outpatient Satisfaction



  • These scores are based on responses from a sample of people who received care at Memorial University Medical Center (MUMC) but did not require an overnight hospital stay. They received care between October and December 2016. Patients were asked to rate the categories below using a scale of "very poor" to "very good." The scores reflect the percentage of patients who gave us a "very good" rating. This is also known as a "top box" score.
