Maggie Gill Elected to Georgia Hospital Association Board of Trustees

(December 7, 2015) – Maggie Gill, president and chief executive officer for Memorial Health, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA) through November 2017. She will work alongside the other board members to sustain GHA’s mission to ensure quality healthcare to all Georgia residents.

Gill joins other newly elected board members D. Montez Carter, president of St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro; John M. Haupert, FACHE, CEO of Grady Health System in Atlanta; and Robin Rau, CEO of Miller County Hospital in Colquitt.

Georgia Hospital Association is the state’s largest trade organization of hospitals and health systems providing education, research, and risk management services to its more than 170 hospital and health system members. Additionally, it represents and advocates health policy issues benefiting Georgia’s citizens before the state legislature, the U.S. Congress, and regulatory bodies.
