Memorial Health Announces Senior Leadership Changes

(January 11, 2007) - Robert A. Colvin, president and CEO of Memorial Health, announced today that S. Hart Williford has been named Senior Vice President of Administration at Memorial Health. Williford is currently the president of Morris Technology, a high technology company automating the broadcast and media industries. The company is a sister company of Morris Multimedia which owns and operates more than 90 daily and weekly newspapers and five network affiliate television stations. In his new role at Memorial Health, Williford will have responsibility for Marketing, Information Systems, the Memorial Health Foundation, Government Relations, and development of new initiatives. Williford will start his new position with the hospital on January 23, 2007. "We are delighted to welcome such a strong community leader as Hart Williford to our organization. I am certain he will be a tremendous asset and instrumental in the growth of Memorial Health," said Colvin. Colvin also announced that Scott Regan, former Senior Vice President at Memorial Health, has left the organization to start his own consulting firm, Healthcare Innovations, LLC. The firm will specialize in marketing, strategic planning, and developing corporate culture. Regan served nine years with Memorial Health and oversaw various areas of the organization during his tenure. "We wish Scott all the best with his new consulting company," said Colvin. "He provided great leadership and vision over the past nine years and we congratulate him on this newest endeavor."
