pleased to announce a new strategic partnership. This partnership
includes a shared services agreement and future growth initiatives.
Novant Health Shared Services offers operational infrastructure and
efficiencies, such as supply chain and clinical engineering; access
to resources including information technology; and best practice
The shared services model aligns with the national mandate to
deliver high-quality healthcare in a more affordable and integrated
system. By working together, leaders at Memorial and Novant believe
they can improve patient care, expand access, and reduce costs for
both organizations. Both organizations will remain independent with
local management and local governance.
