Golfing for a Cure Raises More Than $60,000 for Cancer Programs

(June 2, 2015) –The 11th Landings Women’s Golf Association (LWGA) “Golfing for a Cure” event raised $ 60,248.76 net for the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute (ACI) at Memorial University Medical Center.

The money raised will specifically support the LWGA biospecimen research program, intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) services, TrueBeam radiation oncology services, and the LWGA summer scholars program.
