Memorial Health is pleased to announce Jeremy Gallman has joined the organization as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). As a member of the executive leadership team, he will be responsible for leading hospital operations at Memorial Health.
“Jeremy is a proven healthcare operations leader and we are excited to have him join our senior leadership team,” said Brad Talbert, Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Health. “He has been very successful during his 13 years with HCA Healthcare and I’m confident he will bring that same high level of performance to Memorial Health.”
Gallman most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital, a 350-bed teaching hospital in Brooksville, FL. In this role, he provided executive leadership for hospital operations, service line development and clinical performance. He was responsible for management of $95 million in capital investments including a $30 million vertical expansion and opening of a new Level II NICU as well as a $30 million ER expansion. Jeremy also executed strategic initiatives that resulted in surgical and ER growth and established a new laser lithotripsy program.
Prior to joining HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Terre Haute Regional Hospital, an HCA Healthcare facility in Terre Haute, IN. Jeremy also served in leadership roles at HCA Hospitals in Ocala, FL and Gainesville, FL.
Gallman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
