Lacey Ioppolo is a Clinical Pharmacy Manager and the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 2018. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Baptist Medical Center/Wolfson Children’s Hospital and went on to complete a PGY-2 residency in critical care at Ascension St. Vincent’s in Jacksonville, FL. She received her board certification in critical care in 2020. She is a member of Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Her interests include acute respiratory distress syndrome, antimicrobial stewardship, clinical research, and medication safety.


Alisha Terry, Pharm.D

Alisha Terry is a clinical pharmacist specializing in internal medicine and critical care medicine. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy in 2015. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency from St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville Tennessee. Alisha is a member of Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She is a reviewer for Journal of Pharmacy Practice and Journal of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Her areas of interest include cardiology, surgical trauma, emergency medicine, and clinical research.

Ryan Hoffman is a clinical pharmacist specializing in adult oncology. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from South University College of Pharmacy. He then completed a PGY-1 residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center.


Audrey Johnson, Pharm.D., BCCCP

Critical care

Audrey Johnson is a clinical pharmacist specializing in critical care medicine with a focus in surgical-trauma and cardiothoracic surgery. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2014. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at NYU Langone Medical Center and went on to complete a PGY-2 residency in critical care at the Medical University of South Carolina. She received her board certification in critical care in 2021. She is a member of Society of Critical Care Medicine, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Her practice interests include anticoagulation, general surgery, trauma surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, and clinical research.


Stephanie Lesslie, Pharm.D., BCPS, BCCCP

Critical care

Stephanie Lesslie is a clinical pharmacist specializing in critical care medicine. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2013. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at McLeod Regional Medical Center and a critical care specialty residency at Georgia Regents Medical Center/University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. She received her board certification in pharmacotherapy in 2014 and in critical care in 2016.


Joe Morris, Pharm.D., BCCCP

Joe Morris is a clinical pharmacist specializing in emergency medicine. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 2016. Morris completed a pharmacy practice residency and critical care specialty residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Karyn Taylor, Pharm.D., BCPPS

Karyn Taylor is a clinical pharmacist specializing in pediatric critical care at Memorial Health University Medical Center. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Montana in 2001 and completed her pharmacy practice residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in 2002. Upon residency completion, she accepted the position of pediatric clinical pharmacist at Memorial. She obtained her board certification in pediatric pharmacy in 2016. She is a member of the Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group (PPA). Her practice responsibilities include pediatric critical care and emergency medicine, as well as general pediatric medicine and oncology as needed.


Peterson Worrell, Pharm.D., BCPP, BCPS

Internal medicine

Peterson Worrell received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Mercer University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He excelled during his residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center and upon completion of his residency he joined the Internal Medicine clinical team. Outside of Internal Medicine, his practice area interests include Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry. When not working, educating residents and students, or familiarizing himself with current literature, he enjoys playing bass guitar with several local bands in the Savannah area.


Stacie Coleman, PharmD, BCPS

Internal medicine

Stacie Coleman is a clinical pharmacist specializing in internal medicine. After earning a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University at Buffalo in 2009, she completed a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, SC. She received her board certification in pharmacotherapy in 2012.


Desiree Ferrel, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS

Pediatrics/neonatal

Desirée Ferrel completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada and earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Chicago State University School of Pharmacy in 2014. She then went on to complete a pharmacy practice residency at Tucson Medical Center. She has been practicing in pediatrics/neonatal pharmacy since 2016 and joined the clinical pharmacy department at Memorial Health University Medical Center in 2019. She is a member of Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group (PPAG). Her practice responsibilities include pediatric and neonatal critical care, pediatric emergency medicine, general pediatric medicine, and pediatric oncology.


Sofiya Paciotti, Pharm.D., BCCCP

Clinical pharmacy manager

Sofiya Paciotti is a clinical pharmacy manager with a former background in critical care medicine. She was previously employed in the cardiac intensive care unit as a critical care pharmacist prior to her transition to management. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts in 2017. She completed both her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency and PGY-2 critical care pharmacy residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center. She obtained her board certification in critical care in 2021. She is a member of American College of Clinical Pharmacy, Society of Critical Care Medicine, Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Phi Lambda Sigma, Rho Chi, and Phi Kappa Phi.


Amy Taylor, Pharm.D., BCIDP

Infectious diseases

Amy Taylor is a clinical pharmacist specializing in Infectious Diseases. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia in 2017. After this she completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, PGY-2 residency in Infectious Diseases at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and later received board certification in Infectious Diseases. In 2019 she joined Memorial Health University of Medical Center, as a Critical Care Pharmacist, and transitioned to Infectious Diseases in 2021. Her practice interests include antimicrobial stewardship, infections in the critically-ill population, precepting residents, and research.


Brandon Morgan, Pharm.D.

Brandon Morgan is a clinical pharmacist specializing in oncology and internal medicine. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from South University School of Pharmacy in 2020. After graduation, he completed a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in 2021.


Mallory Stringer, PharmD, BCCCP

Mallory Stringer is a clinical pharmacist specializing in critical care medicine with a practice focus in the neurovascular ICU. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy in 2021. She completed a pharmacy practice residency and a critical care specialty residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center. In 2023, Mallory received her board certification in critical care. Outside of neurology, her practice interests include surgical trauma and antimicrobial stewardship.

Christin Norris, Pharm.D., BCPS

Christin Norris received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Mercer University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2015. She went on to complete her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. She received board certification in pharmacotherapy in 2017. She joined Memorial Health University Medical Center in 2024 and practices in cardiac and trauma intermediate care units. Her background and interests are primarily in cardiology.


Rohan Johnson, Pharm.D.

Rohan Johnson is an emergency medicine clinical pharmacist. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida in 2021. He completed his first and second year of residency in emergency medicine at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. His current practice interests include toxicology, infectious diseases, and emergency resuscitation.

Her practice responsibilities include neonatal and pediatric critical care, pediatric emergency medicine, general pediatric medicine, and pediatric hematology/oncology.


Tyler Prieskorn, Pharm.D., BCGP

Tyler Prieskorn is a clinical pharmacist specializing in internal medicine and board certified in geriatrics. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from South University School of Pharmacy in 2011.
