Some medical issues such as chest pain and heavy bleeding, should be treated in an emergency room (ER). However, many conditions can be treated at an urgent care center, including:

- Bites or stings
- Colds
- Earaches
- Ear infections
- Fever
- Flu
- Migraines
- Minor allergic reactions
- Minor burns
- Persistent diarrhea
- Persistent vomiting
- Rashes or hives
- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Shallow cuts or wounds
- Sore and strep throat
- Sprains or strains
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Warts
Urgent care visitor information
CareNow® urgent care centers are open seven days a week, during most holidays and after business hours. We treat adults and children three months old and older.
Our urgent care services
It can be hard to know when to visit your doctor's office, an ER or an urgent care center. For quick diagnosis and treatment, you can visit any of our walk-in clinics or use our Web Check-In® service online. We offer care for minor illnesses and injuries but also have many additional services, including:
- Coronavirus (COVID-19) testing
- Immunizations
- Occupational medicine
- School physicals
- Sports medicine
If your physician determines you need a higher level of service, they can connect you with our family of emergency departments and health specialists for follow-up care.
